We tried last night and this afternoon, but we are no longer receiving game invites in Hunt. Other games work fine. We will sometimes see the invite after restarting our Xbox, but the notification will no longer be valid. Is there a way around this? Right now we are unable to play the game together it seems...

2021.12.01 14:46 Baron487 How WWE Should Have Booked Finn Bálor's return to the Main Roster in 2021
(this is the first time I ever do a fantasy booking just FYI)
Everything up to Extreme Rules is largely the same. Finn Bálor interrupts Sami Zayn on SmackDown, they have a match, Finn wins. Just like IRL Roman Reigns rejects John Cena's challenge, so Finn comes out and gives his own, emphasizing how he was the first ever Universal champion and how he never truly lost it in a match and instead it was due to injury. Reigns thinks it's easy pickings and accepts. Contract signing the next week where Sad Corbin shows up and desperately tries to sign the contract himself but fails and John Cena shows up and weasels his way into the title match.
Next week Finn faces Corbin and wins, grabs a mic and says "I will get my title match, sooner or later." Reigns beats Cena at SummerSlam, Brock shows up and causes all that drama that we had IRL. On the August 27th episode of SmackDown, Adam Pearce sets up a no. 1 contender's match for the Universal Championship, with the winner having their match against Roman the week after that (September 3rd). Finn Bálor faces Cesaro and Rey Mysterio in a triple threat and wins, pinning Rey. His title match goes just like IRL, being screwed out of winning by Uso interference as well as a sneaky low-blow from Roman during his pin.
On SmackDown in MSG Finn goes to talk to Adam Pearce and basically delivers a speech on his career and on how close he was to get back the title he fought so hard for a whole 5 years ago. Pearce is convinced to give Finn a rematch at Extreme Rules. Reigns finds this ridiculous and has him attacked by the Usos. Big E shows up and helps Bálor. Next week Bálor and Big E defeat the Usos.
At Extreme Rules Finn Bálor (regular Finn, not the Demon) faces Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship in an Extreme Rules match. Strangely before the entrances, the lights in the arena go dark for a while before coming back on. In the match, basically do the same like IRL up until the spear through the barricade. Roman brings Finn into the ring, gets him up, hits a spear and pins him but Finn low-blows him like he did in their last title match. Finn goes up for the Coup de Grace and the top rope snaps. Finn injures his knee but continues to fight Roman. Roman targets Bálor's knee with strikes, chop blocks and weapons before hitting a spear and going for the pin. Finn kicks out. Roman goes for the Guillotine. Finn tries to get out but is unable to stand due to his knee buckling and he passes out, Roman Reigns retains the Universal Championship.
Across both RAW and SmackDown there is speculation about who screwed Finn, because the lights went out at Extreme Rules, so someone had to have tampered with the ropes before the main event. Was it The Usos or Heyman (or both)? Was it Karrion Kross on RAW, who Finn had feuded with on NXT? Was it a previous challenger of Roman? It remains a mystery in the build to Crown Jewel while Finn is out injured due to the damage his knee took at Extreme Rules. Roman focuses on Brock who is his next challenger. In the KOTR tournament, Sami Zayn gets to the finals by beating Cesaro, who has had a small feud with him during these few weeks.
At Crown Jewel, Xavier Woods still becomes KOTR and Roman retains against Brock in the same controversial fashion as IRL. On the next SmackDown, Brock goes mad and gets suspended by Sonya Deville, who is full-blown heel by now. Cesaro and Sami Zayn feud over a spot in the Men's Survivor Series match and The New Day feud with the Bloodline in the build-up to Survivor Series. On the November 12th episode of SmackDown, Cesaro beats Sami Zayn and ends up in the Survivor Series match. Post-match Finn Bálor returns and shows some recently found security camera footage of Sami sneaking off to the stage with pliers in hand back at Crown Jewel. Sami admits to being the one who screwed over Finn. He didn't get to show his documentary exposing WWE and Finn has "been in his path" too many times (Finn beat him in a triple threat to get into MITB 2018 and also beat him to retain his IC title back in 2019 and now he returns to the MR and gets a title shot almost immediately while Sami lost his IC title to Big E months ago) so to get back at him and hopefully get a shot of his own at the Universal title he rigged the top ropes of the ring to break if too much weight was put on them.
At Survivor Series we get one non-brand vs brand match in Finn Bálor vs Sami Zayn, No Holds Barred. Finn Bálor wins after a tough fight. RK-Bro also defeat the Usos. Meanwhile, Big E faces Roman Reigns. Interference from The Usos backfires and Big E defeats Roman Reigns in shocking fashion. Roman gets really damn angry and on the next SmackDown he berates The Usos, calling them incompetent. Finn Bálor interrupts and says "One more match Roman. No more shenanigans, just you and I at Day 1." Roman goes insane and beats the shit out of Finn before the Viking Raiders show up to help out. Next week Finn and the Viking Raiders defeat Roman and the Usos in a 6-man tag match. Viking Raiders become the next challengers for The Usos' SD Tag Team Championships. The same night Naomi defeats Sonya Deville to end their feud and then confronts her own husband Jimmy Uso and his brother. She tells them that Roman doesn't truly care about his family and that he has them shackled like slaves, using them as his henchmen. The Usos aren't fully convinced but do start to tease a turn.
Next week Roman tries to get Bálor off his back, saying that anyone on the roster who can defeat Bálor gets a Universal title shot. Bálor spends the weeks leading up to Day 1 defeating the likes of Happy Corbin (Dec 3rd), Ridge Holland (Dec 10th) and finally Otis w/ Chad Gable (Dec 17th). Meanwhile the Usos feud with the Viking Raiders (and both of them end up confronted by Naomi multiple times who tries to get them over to the good side) and Roman becomes less and less trustworthy of his cousins as well as Paul Heyman. On the December 24th episode of SmackDown, Adam Pearce un-suspends Brock Lesnar and sets up Roman vs Bálor III at WWE Day 1. Roman goes ballistic, taking matters into his own hands regarding Finn Bálor. While Finn cuts a promo, Roman ambushes him and tries to beat him up so badly that he won't be able to fight at Day 1, but Finn manages to counter him and stands strong in the end as Reigns retreats. On the go-home show before Day 1, Roman ends the show by coming out and confronting Heyman and The Usos. He tells Heyman that he will truly prove his loyalty to him at Day 1 and he tells the Usos that he doesn't want them in his corner for his title match and that they just stick to fighting the Vikings, he's lost all respect for his cousins. Roman yells into the microphone "I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU BÁLOR!"
Suddenly the lights flash red and the crowd hears the sound of heartbeats. The Demon has returned and stares Roman down from the stage. Finally, we arrive at WWE Day 1 PPV on January 1, 2022.
WWE Day 1 Card:
Naomi defeats Charlotte Flair (c) - SmackDown Women's Championship
The Hurt Business (Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin) defeat RK-Bro (Riddle and Randy Orton (c) - RAW Tag Team Championship
Damian Priest (c) defeats Sami Zayn - United States Championship
Cesaro defeats Shinsuke Nakamura (c) (w/ Rick Boogs) - Intercontinental Championship
The Viking Raiders defeat The Usos (c) - SmackDown Tag Team Championship
Edge defeats The Miz
Big E (c) defeats Seth Rollins - WWE Championship
Main Event: Roman Reigns (c) vs Finn Bálor - Universal Championship
In the Main Event: insert really great match here. Towards the end, Roman spears Finn but also hits the ref and takes him down. Roman looks to get the belt from Heyman to cheat when Brock Lesnar shows up behind Heyman and grabs the belt for himself and lifts it up before throwing it aside and arguing with Heyman all the way into the crowd and towards the back. Finn gets back up and attacks Roman from behind and the two fight for a few more minutes, the Usos come out on stage but are stopped by Naomi and decide not to interfere. The ref is replaced, Roman goes for a Spear but it is reversed into a Slingblade. Finn hits the 1916, followed by a Coup de Grace. 1-2-3, Finn Bálor is the new Universal Champion and has ended Roman Reigns' reign at 489 days.
After this, you can continue the story with Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman for the next month or so, the title doesn't have to be on the line for that really. It's also a poetic ending with Finn gaining back the title he never truly lost and ending Roman's historic (doesn't beat Lesnar's 504-day reign but it is still historic) reign on the first day of 2022, signaling the start of a new era with Bálor as Universal Champion.

2021.12.01 14:46 CodedCrusader Long time Patriots fan checking in for a friendly discussion!
Hey Bills Mafia!
I've been a Pats fan since the late 90's so we have lots of history. I'm one of the few who have been really happy to see the Bills playing well the last few years for various reasons.
I've always loved the Bills uniforms, love watching how they develop RB's and CB's mostly. I think it's great to have a competitive team in the AFC East for the first time in a long time. I was rooting for you guys in 2017 and the last couple years. It's just awesome to see a team finally shake that drought off.
I can't wait for the primetime matchup this week on MNF! Then we are right back at it the day after Christmas. A lot can change playoff wise, for either of us, in the next 3 weeks.
How is everyone, honestly, feeling about their team right now?
Happy Holidays, everybody!

2021.12.01 14:46 nahnothankyousorry Purposefully putting in your minimum but being treated better than others?
Has anyone else experienced this: I started a new job recently and made it clear I won’t pick up last minute shifts etc. when I’m there, I do the work I need to and no more. My boss seems to scare most of my coworkers, but I haven’t had a single confrontation with him. I either must be a good worker accidentally, or he just doesn’t want to mess with me because they’re already criminally understaffed.
Can anyone relate to this? Office Space irl vibes
